Rep. Josh Schriver, a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, has recently used his social media platform to share updates on legislative efforts and express personal views.

On September 19, 2025, Schriver announced his ongoing work regarding legislation aimed at restricting pornography. In his post, he stated: "The Anti-Corruption of Public Morals Act is made to eradicate pornography. Nothing more, nothing less. I’m currently drafting an amendment to remove certain aspects of the Act to sharpen its sole purpose…to eradicate pornography. Stay tuned for details! Thank you!"

The following day, Schriver shared a quotation from St. Catherine of Siena on social media: “Start being brave about everything, driving out darkness and spreading light as well. Don’t look at your weakness, but realize that in Christ crucified you can do everything.” The post included a photo credit to @EstebanwithanR.

On September 21, 2025, Schriver commented on economic policy and national sovereignty: "We don’t need to rely on China to be competitive. We need to build here, with our labor, on our terms. Sovereignty means producing for ourselves—not defending global supply chains that work against us."

Schriver represents Michigan's 66th District in the state legislature and has been vocal about issues related to public morals and economic independence.
