Rep. Josh Schriver, a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, posted a series of messages on his social media account in August 2025 addressing community engagement, judicial developments, and tax policy.

On August 9, Schriver invited constituents to meet him in person by posting: "Stop by Wednesday night and say hi!"

Two days later, on August 11, he commented on a decision or development involving the nation's highest court with the message: "U.S. Supreme Court, really?!"

On August 12, Schriver expressed his stance on state taxation policy by writing: "Abolish property taxes! "

As a Republican representative from Michigan’s 66th district serving since January 2023, Rep. Schriver has been known for advocating limited government and fiscal conservatism within the state legislature.
