On Tuesday, March 18, three former Dakota High School standouts, including Alyssa Balcom, Brooklyn Plitz and Isabella Crager’s current college team, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Michigan State Spartans.

The game took place at Secchia Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Golden Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 1 p.m. at Oakland Softball Field against Green Bay Phoenix.
