Cheryl Petron, a Shelby Township resident and member of St. Therese of Lisieux's parish, said Vice President Kamala Harris' LGBTQ agenda "will tear families apart."
“This is so damaging physically and emotionally," Petron said. "Not healthy and not how God designed humans."
"It's male and female—God’s miraculous design, period,” she said. “This agenda will tear families apart!”
Vice President Kamala Harris and other Democrat politicians continue to push the LGBTQ agenda onto every area of life in America.
In recent news, Harris offered nine options for pronouns in a job application for her campaign. Applicants were allowed to select any one, or all nine, of these “neopronouns:” “He/him,” “She/her,” “They/them,” “Xe/xem,” “Ze/hir,” “Ey/em,” “Hir/hir,” “Fae/faer,” and “hu/hu.”
“Only the first three pronoun pairs are English words. ‘They’ and ‘them’ are almost universally understood by most English speakers to be plural pronouns,” commented Catholic Vote.
These “neopronouns” have been forced onto our culture as a way to show “respect” for those who claim that they identify as something other than a man or woman.
Neopronouns are gender-neutral or nonbinary pronouns that move away from the traditional male and female pronouns of she, her, he, and him, according to CNN. Examples of neopronouns include “xe” and “em.”
Pronouns are part of the agenda that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have promoted. Harris and Walz believe in mandating LGBTQ materials be taught in public schools, allowing sexually explicit drag shows to be considered “family friendly.”
They also believe in allowing abortion for “men” and women through all nine months of pregnancy and in allowing youth to undergo “gender-transition” surgeries that permanently maim the child without parental consent.
Harris has continuously spoken against banning gender affirming care like hormone therapies or surgeries for minors.
When current Vice President Harris was endorsed to be the Democratic nominee, more than 1,100 leaders in this radical movement wrote a letter praising Harris, which included support for her part in the “most pro-LGBTQ+ administration in history” alongside President Joe Biden.
“Vice President Kamala Harris is a galvanizing trailblazer and has been a champion for LGBTQ+ equality for decades,” the letter said.
