Zoning Ordinance Amendments
Notice is hereby given that the City of Utica Planning Commission will hold a meeting and public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1 in the Council Chambers (7550 Auburn Road) to take public comment on the following:
Amendments to the City of Utica Zoning Ordinance:
• Article II – Construction of Language and Definitions. Section 201. – Definitions
• Article XIV – General Provisions. Section 1416. - Bed and Breakfast Operations
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. Additional information, including the proposed amended language, may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, 7550 Auburn Road, during regular business hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM on Friday.
