Notice is hereby given that the City of Utica Planning Commission will hold a meeting and public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13 in the Council Chambers (7550 Auburn Road) to take public comment on the following:
The petitioner, Abro Management, has submitted an application for a lot combination for the following parcels:
11-07-34-357-017
11-07-34-357-014
11-07-34-357-013
The property address for parcels 014 and 013 is 8315 Hall Road, Utica, MI 48317 and 017 is 45044 Platt Street.
Parcels 11-07-34-357-014 and 11-07-34-357-013 are currently zoned C-2 and parcel 11-07-34-357-017 is currently zoned R-1B. If approved, the newly formed parcel will be zoned C-2.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. Additional information, including the proposed plat map, may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, 7550 Auburn Road, during regular business hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM on Friday.
