NOTICE OF FUTURE CITY COUNCIL VACANCY
A vacancy is expected to exist on the Eastpointe City Council as of January 2023. The remaining Council Members are requesting that interested persons submit a Letter of Interest and Resume for consideration for appointment to the City Council. According to City Charter, said appointment would be until “…the next regular Municipal Election or any special election…” Any resident who is a United States Citizen and a registered voter in the City of Eastpointe may apply for the appointment to this vacancy by submitting a letter of interest, resume and any additional information which the candidate feels will help the City Council in making its appointment to:

Letters of Interest and resumes will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023. It is the intention of the City Council to perform interviews beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
