Boater Safety Class Opportunity.
We will be hosting a Michigan Boating Safety course on:
October 25, 2022 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm, and
October 26, 2022 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. You must attend both dates and pass the 60 question test to receive a Michigan Boater Safety Card.
This class will be held at the Macomb County Sheriff's Office located at 43565 Elizabeth Rd, Mt. Clemens. Enter through the WEST ENTRANCE of the Macomb County Jail.
You must create an account with Michigan DNR to register for this class. If registering a minor, please register using the minor information, not the adult parent. Please no children under 12. You can use the following link to register. Seating is limited to 50 so please register asap.

Those born on or after July 1, 1996, may operate a boat legally only if they have been issued a boating safety certificate and have it on board the boat.
Those at least 16 years of age and born after December 31, 1978, may operate a PWC (jet ski) legally only if they have obtained a boating safety certificate.
