If you're willing to get your fingers dirty, use garden tools, and lift watering containers then you'll enjoy learning about native plant identification, and the beauty of creating a community garden with friends. What you give is returned tenfold in a peaceful, stress-reducing activity.
Planting and transplanting occur in spring & fall and there's monthly maintenance to remove weeds and water newly planted wildflowers.
You pick how much time you can give and when. To volunteer, call Eva Armitage, Pollinator Champion, at 586-675-0006.
