City of Utica issued the following announcement on Apr 13.
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
At the April 12th Regular City Council meeting, the contract was awarded to repave the following roads.
Messmore Road: from Remer to the Carriage Houses
Custer Avenue: from Messmore to Russell
Greeley Street: from Davis to the Clinton River
More information will be provided when it is available.
We are scheduling repairs to Utica's local streets based on road conditions identified in a recent Pavement Surface Evaluation & Rating (PASER) study.
