Yard Waste and Compost Collection has resumed.

Clinton Charter Township issued the following announcement on Mar 14.

The program includes picking up and removing all vegetation, yard waste, grass clippings, and leaves. The Township contractor will collect compost materials on your regular rubbish pick-up day. 

Leaves, grass, and yard waste must be placed inside paper compost bags or 32-gallon trash cans with no bags. Trash cans must be affixed with a compost sticker available at the Department of Public Services or by calling 586-286-9300.

Compost containers must not be heavier than 50 pounds. Sod and dirt are not accepted.
