City of Warren issued the following announcement on Jan 10.
Wanda Hageman helps her neighbor who is a recent amputee survivor. She helps her tremendously with everything from taking her to the doctors, to picking up food and prescriptions. Ronda does all this and doesn’t want people to thank her.
You couldn’t ask for a better neighbor and friend.
