City of Sterling Heights issued the following announcement on Jan 1.
As we begin our countdown to the New Year, we want to take a moment to thank all of you for helping create memories with us and continuing to build a stronger community for our City!
This past year we saw Sterling Heights come together in more ways than we ever imagined. From supporting local businesses and welcoming new ones, to MANY volunteers who helped with our annual events, as well supporting the opening of TWO vaccine clinics in partnership with Macomb County and assistance from other community organizations, to also coming out and enjoying our events and programs — especially our #DodgeParkThursdays and Oktoberfest!
We are so thankful for the memories we have created this year and look forward to many more in 2022!
