City of Richmond issued the following announcement on Nov 30.
Due to weather conditions, the Last Day for Yard Waste Collection has been extended by one week. This years ONLY, the last day of yard waste collection in the City of Richmond will be Tuesday, December 7th. Please see the flyer below for guidelines on how to place them for collection.
