City of Utica issued the following announcement on Nov 26.
THANKS UTICA!
Utica has really stepped up to help kids this holiday season. We've collected a nice amount of toys for the Utica Fire Department's "Stuff an Ambulance" Toys for Tots drive.
We continue to collect new, unwrapped toys at Utica City Hall (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and at the Utica Public Library.
