City of Utica issued the following announcement on Sept 13.
A huge THANK YOU to Sheri Townsend, Utica City Council, Tyler Townsend, Claude Townsend, John Myroniuk, Ed Van Slambrouck, Ken Shepherd and Caro for helping to whitewash the Davis Street tunnel and remove graffiti from the angel wings... just in time for Utica High School Homecoming pictures!
