City of Utica recently issued the following announcement.
UPDATE FROM PRIORITY WASTE:
As of 5:30 pm, garbage and recycling is on schedule to be completed this evening.
A truck broke down and yard waste was not finished in the city. A truck will be in the city tomorrow to finish yard waste pickup.
