City of Utica recently issued the following announcement.
Priority called and said they have completed Utica. If your house has still not been serviced please call 586.228.1200 and email me at "mayor@cityofutica.org".

This week's waste removal service was unacceptable. I spoke with our representative and he agrees. They promise to improve service going forward. I will hold them to that promise.
I drove through the entire city today and reported all misses that I saw, including MacKay Court in its entirety, and houses on Hahn, Hecker, Klinghammer, Vanker, and others.
Our waste removal provider committed to having two trucks in Utica on Sunday. They will drive on every street and service every house that was missed.
If your garbage, yard waste, or bulk items are not picked up by 5pm tomorrow (Sunday, 8/8/2021), please email me at "mayor@cityofutica.org" and include your address in the message. I will take this issue up with their senior management team.
