Macomb Township, Michigan issued the following announcement on July 15.
Our residents now have a direct line into GFL Waste Services. This dedicated line will be staffed with personnel who know our contract and services inside and out and can answer your questions with ease. The number to call is: GFL Macomb 586-825-9521
This means you do not have to call the "844" number and wait in line for a response. The operator answering our dedicated line is prepared to schedule service for you, take a special request, arrange for a special pick up and any other issues you need.
And, we now have a HAZARDOUS WASTE DAY scheduled. Barring any unforeseen complications, it will be held on Saturday, August 29, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, here on the Township Hall grounds. Watch for more information as the day gets closer.
