Macomb Township, Michigan issued the following announcement on Jun. 8.
The Planning Department is currently only accepting electronic submittals.
The following process shall be followed:
Please download the appropriate application for your project from the Application Packet section of the Planning and Zoning page of Macomb Township’s website. The application shall be completed and submitted with proper payment as indicated in the application in the night drop off box at the back of the building at Macomb Township Town Hall (alternatively the package may be mailed to Township Hall). The package shall clearly state the project name and type of project, as well as “Planning Department” on the envelope.
Please email a PDF of the completed application, a copy of the check, and any and all plans electronically to PlanDropbox@macomb-mi.gov. Once the package is received and we have verified confirmation of payment, the submittal will be reviewed. If additional information is required, Planning Department staff will contact you via email or phone with the request.
Once all items have been received as indicated above, the submittal will be sent to all necessary departments for review. When all department review comments are completed, Planning Department staff will submit the review comments to you via email with further directions.
