Shelby Township Fire Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 27.
We want to inform our residents that Station 4 will be open soon. The last step is running fiber line from the current Station 4 to the new station. This fiber line is imperative for the station’s operations. This allows our dispatch to alert the station when they have a run.
We are also aware of the complaints about the traffic light in front of the station and these issues are being investigated.
