On Sunday, March 16, former Dakota High School standout Preston Leon’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oregon Ducks.
The game took place at PK Park. This was their third matchup against the Ducks this season.
The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 6 p.m. at Siebert Field against St. Thomas Tommies.
