City of Sterling Heights issued the following announcement on Jan 27.
The city of Sterling Heights and the Ethnic Community Committee will hold its 2022 Cultural Exchange on Friday, March 11, from 6-10 p.m. in the city’s Community Center, located at 40250 Dodge Park.
The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend this celebrated event!
The 2022 Cultural Exchange will feature a wide array of ethnic music and dance, educational and cultural displays from area groups and organizations, as well as desserts and breads for sampling. A minimum suggested donation of $1 is requested. Past events have attracted over 1,000 visitors.
Interested in being a part of the event?
Businesses interested in becoming a sponsor, restaurateurs who would like to donate samples of ethnic desserts or breads, culturally-related organizations that would like to have a display table, and dance troupes and entertainment groups interested in performing are encouraged to call the Community Relations Department at (586) 446-2473.
