Village of New Haven issued the following announcement on Sept 22.

Young adults who were in foster care at age 14 and are currently between the ages of 23 and 26 may be eligible to receive a $1,000 stimulus payment. Apply by completing the survey at https://bit.ly/3z27dUB before September 30. Note: funds are limited and applying is not a guarantee that you will receive the stimulus payment.

Eligibility: MDHHS will confirm eligibility and a staff member will contact you to assist with getting registered in the SIGMA payment system.
