Huron Academy issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
It has been over 2 months since funding was cut for charter schools across Michigan. Charter schools will soon be missing their third State Aid payment without the additional funding. We believe there is a chance to restore this funding over the next couple of weeks and we need your help!
Many of you have already emailed your lawmakers and the Governor, but we need you to email them AGAIN with this new message and ask that they support these bills to restore funding to your charter school.
Please support SB 555 and HB 5078!
