On Saturday, March 15, former Dakota High School standout Angela Petrovitch’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 11-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Mary M. Bell Field. This was their third matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 1 p.m. at Margo Jonker Stadium against Akron Zips.
