On Wednesday, March 19, former Dakota High School standout Greg Guzik II’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cleary Cougars.

The game took place at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Northern Illinois Huskies.
