On Wednesday, April 30, former Dakota High School standout Preston Leon’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the St. Thomas Tommies.

The game took place at Koch Diamond. This was their third matchup against the Tommies this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 7:15 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Nebraska Cornhuskers.
