On Sunday, April 13, former Dakota High School standout Faith Maloney’s current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Roosevelt Lakers.

The game took place at SVSU Softball Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at Anderson Field against Findlay Oilers.
