On Saturday, March 8, former Dakota High School standout Preston Leon’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, lost 11-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Purdue Boilermakers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their second matchup against the Boilermakers this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Siebert Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
