On Friday, March 7, former Dakota High School standout Preston Leon’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, lost 6-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Purdue Boilermakers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their first matchup against the Boilermakers this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 6 p.m. at Siebert Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
