On Sunday, April 13, former L’Anse Creuse High School standout Will Goebel’s current college team, the Grand Valley State Lakers, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Roosevelt Lakers.

The game took place at GVSU Baseball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at GVSU Baseball Field against Northwood Timberwolves.
