On Wednesday, March 12, former Henry Ford II High School standout Connor Cornwell’s current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Hillsdale Chargers.

The game took place at Lenda and Glenda Hill Stadium and TFO Partners Field. This was their first matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at SVSU Baseball Complex against Roosevelt Lakers.
