On Friday, March 7, former Henry Ford II High School standout Connor Cornwell’s current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Walsh Cavaliers.

The game took place at Tarboro Municipal Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m. at Tarboro Municipal Stadium against Walsh Cavaliers.
