On Friday, March 28, former Dakota High School standout Megan Nuechterlein’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 17-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Washington Huskies.

The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 11 a.m. at Eichelberger Field against Washington Huskies.
