On Sunday, March 9, former Dakota High School standout Preston Leon’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 10-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Purdue Boilermakers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their third matchup against the Boilermakers this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Siebert Field against Kansas Jayhawks.
