On Friday, March 21, former Dakota High School standout Megan Nuechterlein’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oregon Ducks.

The game took place at Jane Sanders Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Ducks this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 4 p.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium against Oregon Ducks.
